Churchbook lingo help! What am I seeing?

Can someone help me with this entry nr.322, dated 19/12/1915. What does the six letter shorthand stand for?

My second great-uncle Abram Adam-son Kapanen from Tallikola and his parents (my second great grandparents) Adam Johann-son Kapanen and Maria Abrahamin-daughter Parkko are mentioned in the entry, but since I don't know what the shorthand in the beginning means I am missing the whole point of the entry in the document.

Does it signify he is moving out of the village?

sv. o r. i kr. - svidetelstvo o rozhdenii i kreshchenii. Syntymä- ja kastetodistus annettu mainitulle henkilölle. (Birth and baptismal certificate has been issued to the person mentioned)

I would have never figured that out.

He did move out from Tallikola to Suolasi in a year or so, so perhaps he needed it for that, or for some other reason we will never know.
