The Timeline says she was 13 but this is a dirty working tree and I don’t see the marriage record attached.
This is a dNA match’s tree and she has done a ton of work.
I typically will add and connect and source and merge on Geni and then step back and let the dust settle.
It sometimes takes me a while to get back to the profiles I add since I am in essence building a foundation or framework .
I do not yet know if I have a Bass direct ancestor but am told I do and I actually have a pretty good idea where they will connect
ANTHONY BASS have no tree and no DNA attached to your profile.
I see you are a male Bass.
Thank you for looking at the profile.
I will revisit.
I do have DNA results from Family Tree DNA under kit #982806, it suggests there is a West father for Jenkins Bass who is a direct line relative thru Edwin, then George Washington, then Jonah, then George Calvin Bass then me, Anthony bass like 5 or 6 generations down from Jenkins Bass which is unclear who his father was
ANTHONY BASS
I have a Jenkins paternal line
I know most people use age I in the evenings but I typically am on during the day
I will look more closely tomorrow!
I am in a Bass group but not the one Tanna Jo Bass headed up.
Tanna believed my Senegambian came from
The African man who fathered a child with the Nansemond woman who married the Englishman named Bass.
I do not work on Bass profiles in general now that she is no longer here but I do my best to keep what I do know from her CORRECT as there are many who refuse to accept the Y DNA studies as fact
Regarding the Y DNA at FtDNA, ANTHONY BASS it can be very helpful to connect your dna to your Geni profile and add your parents and then merge in
This is literally my MAIN tree.
I trust the curators and serious researchers here and am grateful for the collaboration
Enjoy your evening.
