There is no evidence that I can find that "Lady Mary Ann Walworth/Keane" exists. Aside from the nobody has a middle name in this era issue, there is no evidence that any John Walworth married a Mary or Ann any surname, but there is also no evidence that William Keane/Kene [who is real] or Angnes Chicheley [who is real] had this daughter [although they did have lots of children]. Agnes & William have other profiles on Geni.

The following records are helpful
From the following records it seems clear that she is not a daughter of William Kene or Agnes Chicheley

WILLIAM KENE, ESQ. The MANOR OF EASTHORNE and the MANSION of WELLHALL
This family was succeeded in its possessions in this place, about the latter end of Richard II.'s reign, by William Chichele, citizen and grocer of London, third son of Thomas Chichele, and younger brother of the archbishop of that name. He died in the 4th year of king Henry VI. leaving by Beatrice, his wife, daughter of William Barret, esq. two sons and two daughters. John, the youngest son, had this estate. He was a citizen and chamberlain of London, and married Margery, daughter of Sir Thomas Knollys, and by her had twenty-four children, of whom Agnes, the eldest daughter, married John Tattersall, esq. and brought her husband the manor of Easthorne and Wellhall, besides other estates at Woolwich and elsewhere in this neighbourhood. By the inquisition taken anno 25 king Henry VI. after the decease of John Tattersall, he was found to die possessed of the manor of Easthorne and Wellhall, and that John Tattersall was his son and heir, of whom I can find no farther mention. Agnes, widow of John Tattersall the father, afterwards married Sir William Kene, who was sheriff of Kent anno 26 Henry VI. and resided at Wellhall, which he held in her right. By her former husband, John Tattersall, she had two daughters and coheirs, Anne married to Sir Ralph Hastings, and Margery to John Roper of Swacliffe, who in her right became possessed of the inheritance of the manor of Easthorne and Wellhall.
[Somerset Record Society V22] 1469/70. No. 36. At Westminster in the quinzaine of Easter between Henry Stafford knight and Margaret his wife countess of Richmond querents; and Agnes Kene deforciant; for a messuage, a virgate of land and seven acres of meadow in Cote and Mertok. Agnes acknowledged the right of Margaret as by her gift and quit claimed to Margaret and her heirs; for this Margaret granted the same to Agnes to hold without impeachment of waste for her life, rendering therefor per annum twenty-seven shillings and ninepence halfpenny in silver, half at Christmas and half at Easter and suit of court at Mertok twice a year, and after the decease of Agnes the said tenement to remain to Antony Kene and the heirs of his body, and if Antony die without such heirs then to remain to Nicholas Kene and the heirs of his body, and if Nicholas die without such heirs then to remain to James Kene and the heirs of his body, and if James die without such heirs then to remain to George Kene and the heirs of his body, and if George die without such heirs then to remain to John Kene and the heirs of his body, and if John die without such heirs then to remain to Brigitte, Cecilia, Emayne, and Edith, daughters of William Kene and the heirs of their bodies, and if they die without issue of their bodies then to remain to Elizabeth wife of Thomas Daunce and the heirs of her body begotten, and if Elizabeth die without such heirs then all to revert to the said Henry and Margaret and the heirs of Margaret. [CPR HVII] 10 July 1489 Westminter. Pardon for outlawry to Agnes Kene, late of Wolwyche, county Kent, to answer Robert Drayton, citizen and draper of London, touching a debt of 10/.
