The Long Buckby bann and marriage records contain two possibilities for her parents:
1. William Rogers and Sarah Kensell, both of Long Buckby. Banns 28 Oct & 4 Nov 1759; married 9 Dec 1759; witnesses John Kensell, Richard Bunting.
2. Thomas Rogers and Mary Haynes, both of Long Buckby. Married 15 Feb 1761. Witnesses William Haynes, Thomas Haynes.
A search of the Church of England baptisms beginning after those marriages did not reveal any with the surname Rogers (nor of Dickens). This suggests that both couples were part of the Nonconformist congregation which the Dickens were part of. Unfortunately the birth records for that church do not begin until later.
It seems that the best next step would be wills or other probate records for the possible parents.
