I have a friend who never met her father.
He was supposed to have been called Dan Horvath, born in 1968-12-26 in Brasov, Romania, and then supposed to have died young, before my friend's birth, sometime in 1994, also in Brasov I think.
Is it possible to find ANY info on the Internet or do we need to visit some goverment offices toto be able to search for this person?
