Barbara Kolb Buzzard (Oberholtzer) - Barbara Kolb Oberholtzer Buzzard's place of death and burial

I would like to propose that the death and burial place of Barbara is Iowa rather than Pennsylvania. Her badly deteriorated stone was photographed in the Spring Run Cemetery and posted to Find-A-Grave by a woman who lives in Iowa. Her husband Michael Godshalk Buzzard is also buried in Spring Run Cemetery, Louisa County, Iowa. The odds seem stacked in favor of Iowa to me.
