Jeremiah Morton - Burial Place

I am not sure how Find a Grave came up with Rhoadesville as being the burial place of Jeremiah Morton. He is my 4th great grandfather and my home is built on land that was part of his property. As the crow flies my home is about a mile from where Morton Hall was. Rhoadesville is about 6 miles away and is a small community. I have heard speculation that his grave was moved but we aren't sure if that is true and where it might have been moved to. Our family still owns Lessland where he died.
