Elizabeth Ellenger Married William Cracknell when she was 19 years old. Willam was a mariner whose ship, the Ann, was moored in Sunderland. Their only child was Eleanor. I have not found a death record for William, nor have I found any record that gives information about him except he was a Mariner on the ship Ann. Thirteen years later Elizabeth married Willam Hodgson. The marriage records do not state that either of them is widowed or not.

It is speculation that William Cracknell died as there was 19 years between Eleanor's marriages. Unfortunately, without census records, directory or parish records that can be connected there is no way to know.
