Maria's Inventory was dated 14 November 1789 so it could be presumed that she died before that date. However, she isn't listed as deceased at her son, Daniel Jacobus Erasmus' baptism on 15 November 1789.
I have seen baptism registers listing the parents of a child although one of them not being alive at the baptism. Normally they insert a note of the passing away, but I have seen some where no such notification was entered
