Forgot passwrod now family tree is missing

Hi, I have had a geni account since 2008. I have been receiving emails constantly about new updates ect. I have not been active on geni and haven't logged in in many years. However i tried to log in today and could not remember my password. I reset it and logged in but my tree was completely gone, but i am still receiving emails and notifications that i cannot see on this account. Is it possible i somehow have two accounts linked to the same email address? Or how else can i fix this issue?

Now you logged in to an account you made December 31st 2015: Private User

The one from 2008 is this one: Private User last login was March 24th 2022.

On top of that someone else has added you with this profile: Private User Nathan Ryan Manne, the profile administrator, looks to be you son. He was last logged on yesterday.

All of these should be merged. Since you have 2 active userprofiles on Geni, you should ask Geni admins for help to merge them and then merge the profile added by your son after that i done. You have to get you son's permission (on Geni) to merge his profile of you with your profile of you.

Hi Thanks very much for the response. Yes that seems to be the case. I tried to merge the profiles myself but it didn't work. I also accidentally reported it as a innactive manager. Do i have to pay the annual membership to submit a ticket to get the admins to merge the profiles or is there another way to contact them.
