Proof your work. No such place as Stutland! There is absolutely no proof Daniel Skipper is a son of Moses and you should not state that he is. Checked the will long time ago. How many of you have seen Daniel's will? Would love for you to prove his father. It helps no one to include unproven information. Unfortunately, it happens frequently on genealogy sites. Have spent much time in N. C. at the Archives, courthouse, cemeteries, interviewing people and even attended a reunion in N. C. when invited but knew no one prior to attending. Began searching this family in the mid 1960s. It is disrespectful not to cite your true source.

1. There is no reference to Stutland in the profile of Daniel B. Skipper.

2. Daniel B. Skipper is not connected to Moses as a parent and there are details in the about section that state why.

3. No one is trying to "prove his father" here as it is noted "more research is needed on parentage."

4. What citation are you speaking of? An 1860 census is noted with Daniel, Sophie, and two children in Bibb County, GA.

5. Please understand the my.heritage tree listed in the about is for no purpose but discussion. We do that on Geni. Notes are included that state it is unlikely and provide some speculation for a start for further research.

I have nothing more to say on this.
