Naomi Johnson Corwin - Naomi Johnson (Corwin) vs Naomi Johnson (Taylor) - same person?

Hello,

I am researching Nathan Johnson, and am trying to determine his biological mother. There are two candidates - both named Naomi, both born in 1752. Is it possible that these two Naomis are the same woman?

According to this family tree, Nathan Johnson's mother is Naomi Corwin, but according to Shae/Sharon (attached source), Nathan Johnson's mother is Naomi Taylor. Henry Johnson, Nathan's father, allegedly married Naomi Corwin after Naomi Taylor passed, but I am having difficulty finding additional sources for this, or even much information on Naomi Taylor to begin with.

Any insight into this would be appreciated.
