Hello,

I am trying to find more information about Ivan (Ivan Kirilinpoika Kuismin) and Matrona (Matrona Vasilintytär Kuismin)

They had 4-5 sons Ivan, Andrei, Petter, Maksim, Grigori and 1 daughter Agrafina

I have found church books from Jaakkima, but text is not easy to read for me so I am not sure are they existing in books.
Would be nice if somebody could help with this.

For example

index 113

If no one else does it before me I'll try to translate these on Monday when I have more free time. The handwriting is a bit off for me so currently I understood about half of it. So understanding it might take some time.

I was trying to connect my great grandmother Pelagia Kuismin to Ivan Kirilinpoika Kuismin . I didn't find any connection so far, Unfortunately I can't interprete the church registers in Russian. I have only consulted `Viipurin läänin henkikirjat`when trying to find my Greek Orthodox ancestors in my father`s side of the family.

Hello! I’ve tried my best in reading the documents. The old spelling is a bit confusing so some of it might be off. For example the way they write Ivan, looks anything but Ivan to me, most of the time. Some of the letters look really off compared to the letter looks of nowdays. So I might be off in the readings.

For the first document index 123 it is written:
Ivan Kiril-son, age 53 (The spelling if Ivan looks weird, the two first letters could also read as Siman, Stan, Ivan)
Wife of his Matrjona Vasiljeva, age 23
Kids:
Vasili, age 17
Andrei, age 13
Mihhail, age 16
Grigori, age 12
Agafina, age 5

Second document index 113:
??? Matrjona Vasiljeva, aged 46
The second line I can’t read. I think it marks that the fallowing people are her kids, and her status as a widow. I’m not completely sure.
Vassili ,aged 20
Andrei , aged 19
Mihhail, age 16
Grigori, age 15
Agrifina, age 8 ( Think from Vassili up to Agrifina all the children have the common mark behind their name that their fathers name is Ivan, Could also read as Ipan. The Ivan is weirdly written, hard to read.)
Vassili’s wife Elena or Elisa Feodorovna (Feodor daughter) aged 19.

Third document index 144:
Matrona Ivanova (Ivan daughter), aged 55
Her kids:
Vassili Ivanov (Ivan-son), aged 30
Andrei Ivanov, aged 29
Grigori Ivanov, aged 25
Vassilis wife Elena Feodorovna, aged 29
Their kids (Vassili & Elena):
Nikifor, age 6
Feodor, age 2
Katerina, age 7
Andrei wife Anna Ivanova (Ivan-daughter), age 26.

Fourth document index 113:
The first line is the hardest to read. I think it might be Matrona Vasiljeva aged 47 (Could also read as Marina Vasiljeva, Carina Vasiljeva ect.)
Her kids, all marked as the children of Ivan
Vassili aged 21
Andrei aged 20
Mihhail? (hard to read), aged 17
Grigori aged 16
Agrifina aged 9
Vassili’s wife Elena Andrei-daughter aged 20

Fifth document, left bottom corner:
(Widow or Master of the house?? ) Matrona Vasiljevna, aged 49
Her kids
Vassili aged 23
Andrei aged 22
Mihhail aged 19
Grigori aged 18
Agrafina aged 11

Thank you a lot Annaliisa Abramova

I will go through this and compare data what I have.
With a quick scan, the names look familiar.
