Robert Bruce - Conflicting birth and death dates

Hello,

We have duplicate brothers named Robert with conflicting dates.

Robert Bruce was, per his Victoria death index, b. c. 1850 to parents Robert Bruce and Mary Ann Brownhill. This aligns with the profile.

We also have a duplicate sibling named Robert Bruce who was b. 3 April 1856 in Dundee, Scotland and d. 1903 in Melbourne, Australia. The only source given is an Ancestry tree.

Should the 1856 Robert be merged into the c. 1850 Robert, or can we find where he belongs and merge him in elsewhere?
