Mary Hon, all 4 of her children, along with about 400 captives were force marched down Bird's War Road the day that Ruddle's Fort was attacked. This sign is located in Falmouth, Kentucky on the main street in town. It is by the Licking River bridge. The water area below is referred to as Bird's Landing as this is where the boats landed so they could make the trek to attack Ruddle's Fort.
