It understandable to over look this but ....
The first photograph was taken in 1822, the first daguerrotype was made in America in 1839 ,and the invention was really only available to the general publc by the 1850's. Phoebe (the correct spelling btw - despite some contemporaneous records) died a month before Louis Daguerre was even born, and about 60 years plus before the advent of American photography.. Ergo ....
