https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-89LS-RBH?cc=2573604
This the final distribution. Look at the Names and dates on documents
1860 . 1874 , 1893 finally 29 March 1960
Henry Ogle died 1860 ( wife Jane ??? ) >>
his son Henry Ogle (wife Jane King )born before 1840 died before 13 June 1893 age 52 >>>
his son Lewis Ogle Chief born 1863 died 1937
Government officials reached conclusion only 29 March 1960
If one could find details of Deed of grant 3914 --- 21 October 1794
That would give us more information
Please look at this
Benjamin died 1881 part of estate 1937
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS7R-NQKW-G?i=78&a...
then on henry Ogle date 183 / Lewis Ogle 1937
we have
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-89LS-RBH?i=370&...
an undivided half share of ______
Same inheritance
Benjamin Ogle died 1881 shared 500 acres
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS7R-NQNK-W?cc=257...
with Henry Ogle died before 1893
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-89LS-R1D?i=369&...
So very likely fathers are the same person

Benjamin Ogle's (c 1840 -1881) DN clearly gives his father as John Ogle and his mother as Novivnya https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS7R-NQNK-W?cc=257...
Henry Ogle the younger's (c 1841 - 1893) DN clearly gives his parents as 'Harry' and Jane Ogle https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-89LS-R1D and
Henry the younger's son, Lewis Ogle (15 Dec 1863 - 1 Nov 1937)'s parents on his DN are also clearly Henry and Jane Ogle (We know there are two Janes, btw)
So, there seems little reason to assume that the parents of Henry younger and Benjamin are the same people.
Given that Henry the older (d 1860)'s land is only portioned out in 1937 - after his grandson Lewis dies, is it likely that their surviving families are making a decision to sell it?
Given, also that Benjamin's heirs are getting the other half, and that he is also surnamed Ogle, it is logical - as Phillipp points out - to assume they are relatives.
but this doesn't automatically mean Henry younger and Benjamin are brothers - and a more likely scenario - given the Death docs is that Benjamin's father, John, is a relative of Henry the elder's, and the farm originally belonged to both of them.
Am I missing something important?
