Maria Magdalena Hinkle - Birth date conflicts with ship arrival

If Magdalena's father Philip Hinckel is the person who arrived aboard the Phoenix on 15 September 1749 then she was born in Germany, not in America,

Or he wasn't her father, or he didn't arrive on 15 September 1749 and that was a different person.

It is already well known that there were two of the same name so this needs to be investigated.
