If Ellen was born in 1418 then it seems as though she is not actually the parents of Thomas Copley (b1275) Thomas Copley and Ann Copley (bef 1297) Ann Copley

I have already disconnected her "half-sister" Hellen Savill Helen Savill from these parents.

Is there a better course of action than disconnecting this profile from her parents?

You need the help of one of Genis' curators. It is important to ascertain the facts before placing the information on Geni. This would help to avoid these sort of problems from occurring.,check your facts carefully. Be wary of what you find on other genealogical web sites, they may not be completely accurate. My motto is question anything and every thing.
