Ancestry has the will with inaccurate (probably automated) digitized data compared to what's written. In the will, Jonathan names his wife at the time, whose name was Mary.

U.S. and International Marriage Records, 1560-1900 identifies her as "Mrs. Mary Burt"—which explains the mention of Thomas Burt or Bart in the Will.

Name: Mrs Mary Burt
Gender: Female
Spouse Name: Jonathan Stanhope
Spouse Birth Place: EN
Spouse Birth Year: 1631
Marriage Year: 1673

Jonathan Stanhope was born in England in about 1632[1].

Married first Susanna Ayres on Apr. 16, 1656 in Sudbury, Mass.[2]

Married third Mary (Parmenter) Burke.

Last Will and Testament dated May 28, 1702 and proved Nov. 23, 1702 of Jonathan Stanhope mentions beloved wife Mary and “land which was hers before she came to me,” sons Isaac, and Joseph, daughters Jemima Rutter, Rebecca Hemenway, Sarah Stanhope, and Mary Stanhope, my sonn Isaac Stanhope should pay unto his sister Genens five shillings… my wives youngest son Thomas Burk… my brother Benjamen Parmenter and my cousen Thos Drury.”[3]

Gravestone inscription reads: “Here lyes ye body of Jonathan Stanhope aged 70 years died October ye 22 1702”[4]

His second wife was Abigail.

Notes: Mary's second marriage to Jonathan Stanhope is only confirmed by the contents of his will, leaving a bequest to Thomas Burke, youngest son of his wife Mary. He also posted bond in the guardianship appointments of her children in April 1696, and was appointed guardian to Joseph and Mary Burke. Her third marriage to Mr. Allen, is mentioned in texts, and again is only confirmed in her probate record, when son Jonas Burke is granted administration of the estate of his mother, widow Mary Allen]

Barry, William. History of Framingham, Massachusetts, p. 394, incorrectly says son Jonathan m. 1674 Sarah Griffin and had sons Isaac and Jonathan. The father Jonathan's will shows Isaac belonged to the father, and since Isaac's mother was Sarah, that this was the father's 2nd wife, not the wife of the son. Thus the alleged son Jonathan died young (since the father had a second son Jonathan by wife Sarah), so did not marry, and the fsecond son Jonathan also died, accounting for no such son or heirs of such a son being named in the will. His widow was Mary, her son Thomas Buck also named, showing the father married a third time as well.

So the surname in the posted "Last Will" for Thomas "Burt" is a misspelling. There's no mistaking that the spelling in the original copy (image) of the Will is "Burt."
