Noting death in Swaffham, Norfolk.
This leads to question the burial showing in Stepney. Middlesex.
IF he was buried in Stepney, the following record's data, with image, MIGHT apply.
Otherwise, I question the merit of listing burial in Stepney.

Name: William Case – Gender: Male
Father: Rich Case
Death Date: Abt. 1625
Burial Date: 8 Sep 1625
Burial Place: St Dunstan and All Saints, Stepney, Tower Hamlets, Middlesex, England

However, according to a data-only source, this burial record appears to be for a William who died young:—

Name: William Caise
Death: 8 Sep 1625
Baptism: 9 Mar 1622 Saint Dunstan, Stepney, London, England
Father: Richard Caise
Mother: Grace

Because of this and no rationale for why this county Norfolk resident was buried in Stepney, Middlesex, it's probably best to remove the place of burial.
