In the middle of building a Family Group via SmartCopy, I was disrupted with a message that my password had expired and I requested a new one.
I absolutely did NOT request a new password in the middle of a session.
I had no choice but to go and change my password.
I would expect that if a password is expiring, Geni will send an email to the user and advise them as such.
It seems somewhat unprofessional for Geni to disrupt a user in the middle of a session the way it just happened to me.
I'm interested in whether this has happened to anyone else.
