"The Holy See", really? Are you saying this James as well as the other James was born at the Vatican? 1st, the "Holy See" is a governing body not a location. 2nd, the Vatican was a city in Italy until 1928 when it was created as an sovereign city-state...it does not have any "counties", so the birth location is in error. 3rd, Fredrick county was created from Orange county in 1743 so if the birth location was thought to be Fredrick, it would actually be Orange county in 1740.
