HIS parents are Hiram Parker and Lizzie Kirby.

If Tinnie filed as a Cherokee WIDOW in December 1906, W. C. Parker would have died before then.

And are these children his? or another partner/husband?
They took the name of step father Ivey.
Also curious because my grandmother's father married a Native American woman named Rebecca Ivey and I have not traced her linbe.

Hiram Parker is saying his WIFE was never enrolled but that HER mother was "part Cherokee"
