Israel Stanislafsky - Death

According to his wife's 1941 Declaration of Intention, he was deceased and had never immigrated to the United States.

That he died in 1911 in NY, came in with the merge with the version managed by Bradley Martin (also that he was buried in NY)

Is there any reason to believe he died in 1911? That he died in NY? That he is buried in NY?

Bradley's version was imported in Sept. 2023, at which time 5 "Documents" were attached to the profile in the Media Tab as a result of the import -
All I get if I click on any of those 5 is "You don't have permission to view this item."
And if I click "View All" they do not appear at all, and I just see the 6th Document he is tagged in - his wife's Declaration of intention.

Is anybody actually able to access those documents created at the time of the import?
If so, do they have anything relevant or of use?

your version had been named "Israel (Josef) Stanislafsky (Kushner)" - had you been thinking Israel Stanislafsky and Josef Kushner were the same person?
If so, was the death and burial info for Josef Kushner or??
