Not possible for the daughter (Raisa Haisa (Sarah) Efrati, of Berdichev) of a man born 1622, died 1699 to have been the wife of and had children with a man (Moshe Halevi Efrati, ראש ישיבה מבריטשוב) born c. 1775. This is also how it is written in Otser HaRabanim so the confusion is not unique to GENI: 1) Ysroel Friedman (#12074) is the son-in-law of 2) Moshe HaLevi Efrati (#14503) who is in turn the son-in-law of 3) Ysroel Isser (#12115).
