Account keeps resetting

My account has reset multiple times; for some reason my password
stops working and when I reset my password, all my data is deleted
and it's as if I started my account all over again. I have considered signing
up for Geni pro, but this issue makes me concerned the same will happen with
a pro account, and the fact when I go to submit a ticket all I get is an add for
the paid membership.

is geni just being a pain in the ass because they can or are they actually looking to lose customers. none of the answers they give pertain to the question asked. there is no need to make it look like your company is that great.

Ernest Dickinson according to that batch shown on you profile you are a Pro user and as such you can raise a support ticket (see https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us). Could it be you have create duplicate accounts?
