I don’t know if this is where I post this but I recently merged to the McPherson family and now I have people I don’t recognize and extra parents how do delete a recent merge 😩
If you made a wrong merge you can ask to have that merge reversed. Post a link to the merge in https://www.geni.com/discussions/257430 and ask for it to be reversed. Reversing a merge is error prone (data will not always be restored or can be restored to the wrong profile). So please check after a reversal and correct any mistakes.
Please try to check very carefully before merging any profiles.
If you make merging mistakes please do not try to correct them, but ask for a reversal instead. the more actions on the profile the more problems will arise when trying to reverse the bad merge.
