Based on the info I just added to this Lucresie's About section, I don't believe she was a daughter of the parents connected to her here on Geni. It appears those are the correct parents for her husband Richard, which would make him her brother. The site is listing Chavis genealogy and actually doesn't mention who the parents of Richard's wife were. She 'may' have been a Chavis but it seems her parents would have been mentioned if they were known.
She is just referenced as:
Richard Chavers & wife Lucrese
and
He probably died or left the county about this time because in 1766 his wife "Luraner" was listed as a head of household
I started a discussion on it seeming that Richard is connected to the wrong parents here on Geni but I believe Lucresie is also connected to unproven parentage.
