I just spent all evening researching my Beall and Magruder connections and adding documentation to their profiles. I see that you've begun working on them, so I just want to mention this and then I'm going to bed because I have another doctor's appointment later today and need some sleep.
Anyway, I've documented this Sarah as the daughter of Col. Ninian Beall and his wife Ruth Moore.
I see you merged the duplicates on her father but not her mother, whose parents I attached and documented as well.
I will check back later in the day when I get back from my doctor's appointment to see if you're connected Sarah to her parents, otherwise you've disconnected my Beall line.

That would be a an evidence needed to attach to this Ninian.
Did Ninian Beall have Additional Children?

Sarah married Samuel Magruder. The best evidence now is that she was born Mills. Thorough discussion at The Mystery of Sarah Magruder and Mary Pottenger.
Wikitree has a whole project on this.

Was Sarah born a Beall?
Sarah was born in 1659. She passed away in 1734. A daughter of Ninian Beall 1625–1717 and Ruth Polly Moore Beall 1648–1712. Note: There is no proof or other documentation that Ninian Beall and his wife Ruth had a daughter named Sarah.
Fielder M. M. Beall wrote in 1929, "Fiction writers made the following...statements", one of which was, "That Ninian Beall had two daughters in Maryland named Sarah and Margery. These two inventions are of their imagination, as they offer no proof of accuracy." [1]
Did the Sarah who married Francis Watts subsequently marry Samuel Magruder?
This profile previously stated that she was married twice. 1st to Francis Watts 1650–1684 and secondly to Samuel Magruder 1654–1711. Note: Francis Watts' will indicates that he had a wife Sarah, but there is no source for the idea that her maiden name was Beall or Bell, or that the woman who married Francis Watts is the same woman who married Samuel Magruder.
The profile previously stated that Sarah married Col. Samuel M. Magruder in 1686 in Prince Georges County, MD. Col. Samuel Magruder was a High Justice, Captain of Militia, Member of the House of Burgesses for Maryland, etc. You can find out more about this family from the book "Colonial Families of the United States" page 349. Sarah brought 5 young children into this 2nd marriage. Then she and Col. Samuel Magruder had the following 9 children: Samuel, Ninian, James, William, Alexander, Verlinda, Mary, Elinor, and Nathaniel Magruder. Col. Samuel M. Magruder died on April 16, 1711, in Prince Georges County, MD.
However, the Sarah who married Col. Samuel Magruder is Sarah (Mills) Magruder.
