Dual nationals in this project

I see that someone added Vivian Silver to this project.
I wonder if she belongs here?
Vivian was a dual citizen, Israel and Canada.
Like her, there are at least 400 other victims who hold an additional citizenship in addition to Israeli. I have added at least 100 such profiles to the main project.
I don't think it is a good idea to include those in this sub project.
My understanding was that this project will hold foreign citizens who do not hold Israeli citizens.
I have added 4 of the 5 profiles in this project, and all four were not Israeli citizens.
What do others think?

My understanding is that dual nationals have at least two citizenships (including Israeli).

I also notice that Norelle Manzuri is a dual citizen of Israel and the United States as the latter applies jus soli.

However, Anula Jayathilake appears to be not an Israeli citizen, though Sri Lanka allows dual citizenship, so I would like to ask for sources if she acquired Israeli citizenship prior to her death. Otherwise, she must be removed from the Israeli casualties project.

I put a sign if they also held Israeli citizenship in addition to other citizenship. Also, dual foreign citizens (for example, French-American) may be listed in this project more than once.

Hi Klarenz, Klarenz Kristoffer Magdaluyo Quiñones
First, Anula Jayathilake for certain was not an Israeli citizen.

Many of the Israeli citizens had dual citizenships. Hundreds of them.
Many were immigrants, or children of immigrants, or descendants of Holocaust victims who got Polish or German citizenship.
I personally entered more than 100 of these.

Just from the last week:
Yoav Malayev - Russia
Einav Burstein - Argentina
Matias Hernan Burstein - Argentina
Norelle Manzuri - USA
Norelle Manzuri - USA
Vivian Silver - Canada
4 members of Kapshetar family - Russia
6 members of Sima Tov family - USA
And the list goes on, and on, and on , and, ...
I estimate that at least 400 of the victims were dual citizens.

I don't think we should document these seperately.
I think this sub project should be for the foreign nationals who were not Israeli citizens.
They were recognized by the Israeli Social Security agency (Bituach Leumi) and their families are entitled to certain rights.

Well, since I'm not an Israeli citizen and I'm not involved in the war either, here's the deal:

Clarify that the Israeli casualties projects will be exclusively for Israeli citizens (including dual Israeli citizens) while foreign casualties projects will be exclusively for foreign citizens (including dual citizens, but excluding dual Israeli citizens), and will be renamed to just simply Foreign Casualties, but without Dual Nationals, project. Just put a note on both projects.
