Leah Miller (Fixler)

From what I know:
Apparently, Zalman Neumann was born somewhere around 1790, or maybe a little before, in the village of Darahovo.
One of his daughters, Freida (Neumann), married Zeev Teichman and they lived in the village of Tyushka, where their son Shmuel was born.
Freida (Neumann) Teichmann, probably widowed because they didn't divorce so much then, and married a second time to Zeev Pixler. The son, Shmuel Teichman probably joined the new family because he was still young, but of course kept the last name of his biological father. Thus a certain confusion arose between Zeev Teichman who died early and Zeev Pixler who married his widow and she became Pixler. But there are no blood ties between Shmuel Teichman and the Pixler family, rather family ties through marriage.
When Shmuel Teichman married Leah Mangalovits, they made their home in the town of Velykyi Rakovets. In Leah's family there was a similar story of second marriage. Her mother was probably widowed and married in a second marriage to the Konigsberg family, and there was already another child named Leah. So again confusion has arisen over the years.
To sum up: the Teichmann, Konigsberg, Pixler, Miller families mixed with each other through marriages, second marriages and over the years the history progressed and became blurred until many of the members of the new generations were not aware of these connections. The main reason why remarriages took place was that they lived in an area that was quite remote in those days and there were very few Jews in it.

I hope I helped and in any case it will be more convenient to communicate with me using the email: yoav_gal@smile.net.il

Fixing a glitch that I didn't notice while writing:
A. Above, the reference is to the last name Fixler and not to Pixler.

B. Leah Teichman was the wife of Shmuel Teichman and her mother remarried into the Konigsberg family. Between Leah (Mangalovitz) Teichman, and Leah (Fixler) Miller, there are no blood relations.

Leah (Fixler) Miller was Shmuel Teichman's half-sister from his mother's second marriage to Zeev Ffixler. She married into the Miller family.

The fact that Shmuel Teichman, whose mother was named Fixler in her second marriage, married Leah (Mangalovitz) and his half-sister was also named Leah (Fixeler) adds to the confusion.
