It is not clear which children were born from which wife. Marija Pregelj and Jera Humar have Marija Levpuscek noted in the birth record, however there is a death record for wife of Simon Pregelj for 16. dec 1765 (https://data.matricula-online.eu/sl/slovenia/koper/Lom/%25C5%25A0AK...). I have found no marriage record for second wife, which could clarify the situation.

Found the record of marriage https://data.matricula-online.eu/sl/slovenia/koper/Lom/%25C5%25A0AK.... This is while we know for sure Marija Strukelj is still alive. The other distinction is father of Simon on marriage record is Matevz, while on one of the child record for Marija Strukelj Simon's father is listed as Pavel. This makes it pretty certain that there are actually two different people named Simon Pregelj. It will still be hard to distinguish which children belong to which, but this makes things clearer.
