Please can someone verify that Thomas Forster had a son named Richard Foster/Forster Who was born around 1590 and died around 1660 in Northamptonshire. Thanks.

To Alexander Karagiannis:
One Robert Forster/Foster, "The Youngest Son" b. 1598, m.1st Elizabeth the daughter of Sir Edward Burton of East Bourne, Sussex. She died during 1630, and Robert m 2nd Anne daughter of John Ssckville of Selscombe, Sussex 22 September 1631. She was the widow of John French.
Sir Robert Foster became the "Lord Chief Justice of the Kings Bench." Disabled from the Bench 31 May 1660 by King Charles II. d. about 1664. (Robert's Will exhibit #1 page 59.)
Hope this is helpful!
J. Edson Foster/Logan [Myers]

I find no son listed by the name of Richard Foster, but Robert Foster who is to be found fits all the dates you provide, and this Robert Foster was the youngest son of Sir Thomas Foster the Judge of the Court of Common Pleas. It was this Sir Thomas Foster [Judge] who married a Cousin Dame Susan Foster of Sussex. She was the mother of this Robert Foster, Not Richard which is not to be discovered in my research.
