Thanks much. The D record establishes that there is a Natan who died in Zarki in 1830. How are you able to connect this Natan to a son Aryeh Menachem Ejbuszyc and Natan's father Rabbi Moshe Ejbuszyc Is there a record or document showing that Natan has a son named Aryeh or a father named Moshe?
A) If you study the birth dates of Arie Menachem's children then you will see that his children Natan Nata (1836) and Chana Marjem (1850) were born after the death of their grandparents with same given name.
B) Pinczow Patronymic record 1817 D 18 describes the D of Mosze's wife Judyta and shows her son Janas brother of Natan Nata (d. 1830)
C) You need to study the Zarki and Pinczow records and the given name patterns to evaluate the family.
Thanks for the follow-up.
It seems that with regards to Arye Menachem the logic is circular: because of the children's names, therefore the parents names, and vice versa. This may be correct, and it seems that Rosenstein has adopted the view in the Unbroken Chain 3rd Edition: Volume 4, Chapter 11, page 78:
"G11.7 Zlata Rivka, born in 1817 and died in Piotrkow on February 18, 1887, married there on January 23, 1832, to R. Aryey Eybeschutz of Piotrkow, born in Zarki about 1811 and died in Piotrkow on December 23, 1856, son of R. Nathan Nata Eybschutz, died in Zarki in 1830."
This brings me to Moshe, the asserted father on GENI of Natan Nata. The UC 3rd Edition does not proceed to name any father for Nathan Nata. I looked for a Pinczow record 1817 D 18 on JRIPoland and could not find. Even presuming that Pinczow D 18 of 1817 shows a son named Janas for Judyta, I don't see how this information can establish that Janas is the brother of Natan Nata, and that therefore Moshe and Judyta are the parents of Nathan Nata? What am I missing?
And lastly, if Moshe is indeed the parent of Nathan Nata, then how has it been established that this Moshe is the son of R' Jehuda Lejb Ejbuszyc
On these various profiles I see a reference to a book called "Tiferes Aryeh". Are you able to specify which book this is because there are several books published under that name? I looked at one by Yehuda Frankel and it appears to be a halakhic text with no obvious mention of any of these Eibeschuts. It seems necessary to locate this book reference in order to confirm what is appearing on GENI and I do not want to search the book by Frankel unless I know for sure that this is the book being referred to on GENI.
You should be aware that your questions can be confirmed by full analysis of the offspring and analysis of the given name rules. Given name rules lead to multiplications of given names and to some confusion. So you should always add the vital data to the persons you are asking for.
If you are asking for the ancestry of Janas (c1791-1873) then you will identify his daughter Itka Judyta (1821-1894). This will point to Itka Judyta's grandmother or great-grandmother Judyta (d. 1817 Pinczow) wife of Mosze.
As Janas (c1791) most likely is son of Natan Nata (c 1770) son of Mosze (c1745) then Judyta is the great-grandmother of Janas' daughter Itka Judyta.
Janas (c1791) can be excluded as brother of NatanNata (c1770) as this brother Janas (c1768) of Natan Nata was a butcher in Pinczow and had a daughter Judyta (1817) for his own.
If Mosze had a firstborn son Rabbi Arie (Jehuda) then given name rules suggest that Mosze had a father Jehuda Lejb for himself
I cannot help you with an information about Tiferes Aryeh and I hope any other researcher can do.
Thank you Fred. I do follow the naming logic and it does seem reasonable, to the point of tying Judyta Ejbuszyc (bc 1747) to a Moshe (bc 1745). I am unable to find the Pinczow 1817 D 18 record of Judyta (Warszawski) Ejbuszyc (bc 1747- d 1817) online at the JRI Poland database. Do you have a copy of this Pinczow 1817 D 18 record that you can post to the GENI profile of Judyta Ejbuszyc (bc 1747)? This would be of much help to future researchers, and probably avoid many questions like I am asking here today.
Thanks very much Bella Marianchik I have looked at the record and do not see the name of Judyta's spouse mentioned there. Did I miss the name Moses somewhere?
