Hello! I need help, and unfortunately Geni.com is not very supportive of its own product, not without some greedy money...
I have created couple of profiles in my family tree a long time ago, that ended up being duplicates of more complete profiles on the same persons. I have requested a merge over 4 years ago, and at least one other person agrees with one of them (I haven't checked the other yet).
Why does Geni refuse to merge these profiles? It even recommends that they are duplicates, but the request to merge just sits there! It's very frustrating and a real reason why I rarely use this stupid site!
