I will review and thanks for sharing this.

There is nothing so far to connect this man:

The Jamaica Parish Register Marriage III & IV, 1838-1855, III, p. 68 #26 & the Jamaica Law Burial Register I, 1871-1874, I, p. 13 #616 show a James Macdonald who is classified 'White', married to a 'Quadroon' Jane Wells in St Andrew Hanover, Jamaica, dying on June 18,1871 in Morgan's Bridge, Westmoreland, Jamaica. They had 5 children.

except the very common name James Macdonald, and the fact that they MAY have both been in Jamaica at the same time. Without an exact birth / death date match, we would have to be able to collate all the Macdonalds in Jamaica at the time, and show that Jane Wells’ husband was the only one there - for this to be even slightly plausible.

As i was saying to Peter Mcdonald today there are many intertwined PEI/ Canadian and Jamaican records i am going through. I purchased from the Church registry in Scotland the official birth cert for James b. 1788.

I know Darryl at the PEERAGE is not interested in helping me and has no records from Donald Grumach b. 1500s - they simply stopped tracking the Jamaican resident Sleat Mcdonalds from the 1500s long before James Mcdonald b 1788 and his dad John Vi Macdonald were born. This is suspect- for a big oragnization to stop tracking the Jamaican resident Macdonalds. They did not pick up on the PEI/ CB connection either.

Sharon i appreciate your help and i was deeply hurt today when you and Mavern called me a fraud which is actionable.

This sort of help from a person calling me a fraud i dont need. So thanks but no thanks - please leave my Mcdonald line alone and find another project please.

Best regards,
Dr. McDonald II Esq.

I said Geni won't allow you to create fake profiles and deliberately mismerge other people's profiles on a collaborative world tree for your own purposes. This is a fact that affects all of us.

Sharon please stop harrassing me. Please stop it.

Wilton, the Racial Integrity Act was a 1924 act of the Commonwealth of Virginia. It had nothing to do with the racial identification of individuals in Jamaica in the mid-1800s. Moreover, if we are to apply your logic to the case in question, we would have to believe that the same registrar who went to great lengths to record the fact that Jane was 1/4th black also identified James as white, yet meant nothing by the classification whatsoever. That defies all logic. So according to you, your best claim to MacDonald descent from an identifiably Scottish man requires you to go through a white man, but you want everyone to disregard the fact that he is clearly identified as white by eyewitnesses during his lifetime. That's just silly.

You are not being harassed. You created this situation yourself. You have harassed, threatened and insulted numbers of people on this and other sites in order to shut down their right of reply to assertions you make and refuse to prove.

Only the latest was the deeply insulting assertion that the slave trade - one of most heinous events in world history - didn't happen.

I'd be interested to know what the penalty for slandering other people's names is for an officer of the court. In my country tort law doesn't allow you to make frivolous legal suits, or to use your position to continuously threaten people with them. I'm presuming it's the same in Jamaica.
