Got locked out of my Geni Pro account

Hello,
My old GeniPro account is locked, I think since I changed my email.

This is my profile (which is wrong...) Private User

How can I get back to actively using it?

try them both, i don't remember which it is.
Your situation is not unusual so they have a process.

If you know your old email that you used on that account, and the password you used, see if you can log in using them.
That used to be possible. After which one could change the email be first adding an email.
