There are many projects for the indigenous (tribal) peoples in the USA. Geni has a portal with sub portals:

Let us de link the individual “related” tribes and direct members to drill down or use search for their area of interest.

Using the “related” function is being difficult, but here are portals for indigenous peoples in the Americas:
