It has been a year this month since our sister Gloria earned her wings and joined the angels in heaven. She loved this time of year because of fiesta so she picked her time to go. Gloria graduated from G. W. Brackenridge high school in 1968. She worked at USAA for thirty years before retiring. Gloria had a contagious laugh, loved to dance and travel.
Gloria was preceded in death by her parents Ruperto C. Aguilar and Carmen Pompa Aguilar and her younger brother Ricardo P Aguilar. She is survived by her brother Antonio P (Julia) Aguilar, sister Christine (Samuel) Dickens, seven nieces and nephews, six grand nieces and nephews,three great-grand nieces and nephews.
Gloria's abundance of love and presence on this earth made a big difference and she is missed by family, friends and so many others
