It's not impossible that Elizabeth Howland was age 13 when married and gave birth to Benjamin æ age 14, but is borders on implausible.
Her estimated birth year might benefit by adjusting—IF she was indeed the mother of a Benjamin.

Actually, no need to change Elizabeth's birth year. Wikitree DOES have a Benjamin, but the curator pegs his baptism on 29 Mar 1685 in Plymouth, Plymouth Colony.
