I am wondering why Anne St John is included with the children of Anne Neville, rather than those of Margaret Waldegrave?
In Sir John St John's will, he lists his children as Oliver [eldest son], John [second son], and my daughters " Anne, Margaret, Margery & Alice" [in that order]. Charles, Cressett, Mary & Jane are all described as "natural" children. Although he does name his wife as "Anne", he does not say in the will that she is the mother of any of his children.
Apart from being listed first of his daughters, a daughter of Anne is also left a legacy in Sir John St John's will; her daughter Frances Denny. He does not mention many of his grandchildren, so it seems Anne & her daughter were held in high regard.
All other sources I can find count Anne among the daughters of Margaret Waldegrave, including this one;

The testatrix’s sister, Margaret Waldegrave, appears to have predeceased her. Margaret
Waldegrave married Sir John St John (b. before 1495, d. 19 December 1558) of Bletsoe,
Bedfordshire, by whom she had two sons, Sir Oliver St John (d. 21 April 1582), 1st Baron
St John of Bletsoe, and John St John, and four daughters: Margery St John, who married
firstly Henry Grey, esquire, and secondly Francis Pigott, esquire; Anne St John, who
married Richard Dennis; Margaret St John, who married firstly William Gostwick,
esquire, and secondly Francis Russell, 2nd Earl of Bedford; and Alice St John, who

Incidentally, I also haven't found a source that Thomas Elye as a second husband [although I have investigated that much yet].
