Researching my Horan family line. My 3rd great-grandfather is John William Horan b. 1800, last known location is Mullingar, West Meath. He had land holdings in this area. Married to Alicia Carey. I have DNA cousins which indicates families were spread between County Mayo and Galway.
John William Horan had two wives. One died during Potato famine and then he married Alica Carey. Left Ireland in 1848 to New York.
