My great aunt did Geneology old fashion years ago had made a post on Facebook about King James 4th being our grandfather down througb Wimers family passed my 3rd pa James Wimer. She didn't share a pedigree so I can check it out though.

Been trying to see where in the World my direct descent is from King James through the Wimers my great aunt had brought up.

My great aunt passed in 2020 wasn't into Geneology as much as I am now then so I can't asked her for information.

So far everything my great aunt had researched years ago been right. So if she had proven descent of King James have to believe her she was a pro but she didn't leave behind a descent to him frustrating. I'm thinking maybe down the Packer family though
