Are you able to merge them?

I requested a merge. I wasn't able to merge them myself. I guess since someone else is managing the other account they have to ask. I guess I should get it changed to my name since he only had 2 children, my mother and her sister and they are both deceased. He only had 4 grandchildren, myself, my sister and 2 cousins, one who recently passed away and the other is not pursuing the family tree. I will get it merged somehow.
