Lost Functionality -Cannot Access Help

I have lost some functionality. My search button will not find profiles. I cannot add portrait photos. Under recent activity where it shows I added additional profiles, I cannot access those profiles. Finally, I cannot access “help’ to report my problems. Suggestions? Cheers, Henry

Hi Lois: Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I cannot access your links. As I noted, I cannot access “help” in order to report the bugs. What I need is someone to report the bugs for me. Cheers, Henry

What happens when you click on the links I gave?
Does nothing whatsoever happen?
Or do you go to some? Or?

It sounds to me like a number of your problems may be browser and/or device problems, not problems specific to Geni.

I managed to contact geni and have received a “ticket” number for a possible fix. I doubt it is my ipad or browser that is the problem - at least, I hope not. There is nothing on the geni home menu that gives you a link to contact geni; however, if you google how to do so, you will find an email: subscriptions@geni.com.

I have read in other posts that geni recently made some security upgrades that are causing problems for other users.
