I think this marriage is about 1901 or 1902. I have searched in the UK, the Republic of Ireland and Jersey in the channel islands registers. I cannot find a marriage of Marguerite Bastide and Nathaniel E Atkinson in any of those three jurisdictions. He is Irish and she is French. Where and how did they meet and where did they get married?
The couple show up with their children in the census of the Republic of Ireland in 1911 as living County Antrim Ireland. They are said on that document to have been married for 9 years. But at that time their eldest child Beryl was also said to be 9 years of age and born in County Mayo Ireland. In addition their third (and then youngest child) aged 5 years was born on the Isle of Jersey Channel Islands.
