Hello,
I'm an old geni Pro subscriber and I was attracted by the new MyHeritage offer Omni including geni Pro in the unique subscription
I indeed subscribed 1 month ago to MyHeritage Omni with a different e-mail @ which I added today as an additional main e-mail in geni Pro

It makes sense I stop paying for the previous standalone geni Pro subscription and use the new Omni subscription

Question 1: how do I stop my subscription to the former geni Pro offer ?
Question 2: if I start using only my Omni subscription do I have the same level of access to my family trees (2 trees)
Question 3: I'm referred to another family tree site with my old profile: will it work as such or do I need to warn the family tree owner of my change of profile ?
Question 4: how do I now access the geni Pro environment from within Omni ?

thanks in advance for your replies

Had you subscribed using the same email, it all would have been handled.
If both emails now go to the same Geni Profile, all may still be fine.
If not, I suggest you merge your two Geni Profiles before redeeming the coupon for Geni Pro from Omni.

"redeeming the Geni coupon code for Omni will extend any existing subscription by 1 year. "
