need to remove person from tree.

Can someone help please? i need to remove this person @ Eduards Voldis Nemše from my tree, because I found out he is not my relative. His parents are not Staņislavs Urnešs and Anna Urneša. His profile id -Private
When i tried to delete his profile, i was unable to do it. Thank you.
