I am unable to edit my husband's profile. I would like to enter his date of death He passed in JUne 2024. Why am I not able to edit his inofrmation?!?!?

You are not able to enter his date of death because he is a Geni User.

You first need to notify Customer Service that he has died, so they will close his account.
